This information, provided in accordance with article 13 of the (EU) Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, will allow you to know how the personal data you provide will be processed when accessing the service "work with us".

2. Purpose of the Data Processing
Your personal data will be processed in order to verify the skills necessary for the selection and the possible establishment of a working collaboration with Futura S.p.A. companies
The candidate must indicate all the required data; the candidate must not indicate in his curriculum personal details (appropriate to reveal the racial and ethnic origin, religious beliefs, philosophical or otherwise, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political personality or trade union, as well as personal data appropriate to reveal the state of health and sexual life), except for possible membership to protected categories, expressing their consent for the purposes of treatment indicated in this statement. Any additional personal data appropriate to reveal the state of health or other particular data will be immediately deleted in the absence of a person's written declaration of consent with regards to his treatment by our company.
3. Legal Basis
For the common personal data (personal information, qualifications, known languages, work experience) collected by the Data Controller the legal basis of the treatment is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the party (article 6 paragraph 1, letter b of the Regulation); in other words, this puts in place all those useful and necessary activities in carrying out the selection procedure for the possible establishment of a working collaboration.
For data allowing the disclosure of the state of health (related, in particular, membership to protected categories) or other particular data (as indicated in article 9 of the Regulation the legal basis for such processing is the consent provided by the data subject.
4. Storage Period
The personal data processed will be kept for a period of time not exceeding 36 months and will then be cancelled.
5. Recipients of Personal Data
The personal data you provide will be processed by staff, duly instructed and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller. Personal data may also be processed by third parties providing instrumental services, including communication services, e-mail, technical services for Website management and IT service providers who typically act as data controllers.
Only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the relevant functions will be communicated to the aforementioned subjects. The updated list of all recipients is available at the main office of the Data Controller and will be provided at the request of the interested party.
6. Data Subject's Rights
We also inform you that, with regards to the same data, you can exercise the rights provided for by CHAPTER III of the Regulation at any time. In particular, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to the data concerning you, their correction or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; to receive data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device; to withdraw any consent given with respect to the processing of your data and to oppose all or part of the use of the data; and to exercise the other rights that are recognized by the applicable regulations. If you believe that there is a violation in the processing of your personal data, you can file a complaint with the Supervisory Authority of the place where you normally reside, work or where the alleged violation has occurred. We inform you that you can file a complaint in Italy with the Anti-trust Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
